The Three Pillars Of Network Marketing Millions

Most people’s first year in network marketing is a disaster. Sure, the great side of the business is the social side but it’s the least important of what is called the ‘Three Pillars of Network Marketing Millions’.
Each of the three pillars is important to your success, but you need to know which pillar to focus on and when or your home business will fail very quickly.
Pillar 1: Enrolling
Pillar 2: Educating and Inspiring
Pillar 3: Communication and Interaction
What happens to a lot of people in the network marketing industry is that they connect with one of these three pillars and focuses heavily on them. As you know, people usually do what they are good at instead of improving on their weaknesses.
Here are some of the likely scenarios that occur within the three pillars:
- The person who loves enrolling can sign up hundreds but is discouraged because they are the only one in their team doing all the work.
- The person who loves to educate and inspire can get disturbed because it seems like it’s the identical people at every event.
- The person who loves to communicate and have interaction to build relationships has a lot of enjoyment but doesn’t make any decent money.
But don’t be discouraged, each of the three pillars is important and you need to keep balance with each of them as your home business develops. At the start, you’ll need to concentrate MORE on enrolling. How do you do that? Well, the following is a simple guide on how you can distribute your energies in your business…
Recruiting
- Tasks: Make and build your list, make phone calls, use the provided tools and systems, invite prospects to events and get them started.
- Focus: Enrolling.
- Goals: Be a leader and find other leaders.
- Systems: Use the marketing tools, the corporate website, magazines, videos, postcards, have home events, etc.
Training And Motivation
- Tasks: Training new affiliates, corporate training, get involved in regional and national events.
- Focus: Teaching.
- Goals: Leadership training.
- Systems: Use the regional trainings, webinar trainings, GeneWize academy trainings and national events.
Communication, Relationships And Systems
- Tasks: Call and communicate your affiliates, enjoy and have fun, attend all possible events and systemize.
- Focus: Teach others to teach others.
- Goals: Train leaders.
- Systems: Hold events.
If you’re earning $0 – $1000/mo, then spend 90% of your time in recruiting, 5% of your time in training and motivation and 5% of your time in communication, relationships and systems.
Once you get to $1000 – $10,000/mo, then spend 70% of your time in recruiting, 15% of your time in training and motivation and 15% of your time in communication, relationships and systems.
Finally, when you reach the pinnacle of $10,000/mo or more, then you can shift to spending 50% of your time in recruiting, 35% of your time in training and motivation and 15% of your time in communication, relationships and systems.
It’s really that simple and can be done IF you take massive action upon what is illustrated above. However, pay attention to what’s NOT in the information above…
- Sorting out your office
- Creating a website
- Mastering the compensation plan
- Investigating every ingredient
- Becoming an authority
- Preparing for any objection
- Learning sales techniques
People don’t really need to know these things to have success in the home business based industry. In reality, the more you know those things the more difficult it is to have accomplishment in network marketing.
The rationale for this is because network marketing is not about sales, it’s about duplication.
So what are you doing that’s right? What are you NOT doing that you should be?
Change your approach and then create your MILLIONS.
To the top my friends!
