The Immense Power Of Selective Signing Up In GeneWize

The immense thing about network marketing in GeneWize is that you get to make a decision who you want to work with. You can offer the business model to the kind of people you want to connect with. One secret of my accomplishment is that I constantly recruit up.
This means I search for people who I think would be better at this than me. My perspective is I’d rather be rejected by a millionaire than a guy without a job. I’d also prefer someone to say yes who has with a large circle of authority than a person who hasn’t yet learned how to network.
Here’s what I look for when looking for guests to look at the GeneWize business:
Servant Leadership – I look for value centered people who are willing to take on the accountability to assist others to build an empowered group of people.
Genuine Leadership – I follow people who speak their reality and genuinely care about others. They are the people who know that leadership is about who you are, not who you say you are.
An Owner State Of Mind - If someone is fascinated by what we have, they need to be the kind of person who handles trials and solves troubles like the owner of a company.
A Motivator – I look for people who know how to motivate and encourage people to take action. They are people who take liability for a team and work well with other leaders.
Long Term Thinking – I don’t look for someone who is into ‘get rich quick, but someone who wants a lifetime of enduring income.
Willingness To Learn and Teach – The hardest part for most flourishing people is to drop their ego and learn a new business. This type of marketing has many small subtleties that make a huge difference. If you’re willing to learn and have the patience to teach, we’re interested in you.
Business Experience – It’s not critical to your success, but the more established success someone has had in business, the more likely they are to recognize the importance of discipline, hard work and the results you can anticipate from that.
Human Development Centered – I look for people who read, watch, listen and refer personal and expert development books, CDs, videos and tutorials. I’m looking for leaders who are high integrity and are incessant learners.
Women Leadership – Women are paid less than men in conventional business, but in this industry they are paid uniformly. Both men and women earn millions in the GeneWize business and it’s the one place where only results matter – women are as equally victorious as men. You don’t have to be Oprah or Hillary, just a woman who wants to make a distinction and get paid very well for it.
US Based – The GeneWize opportunity is based in the US and Canada. Other countries will be launched when they make the most financial sense.
Become aware of what is not on the list. I don’t care if you “Have time” or “Have a lot of money” or are a “Network marketer”. I don’t care what degree you have, where you live or what country club you belong to. We have the systems, the product and the compensation plan if you have the approach and integrity.
Does this kind of philosophy get results?
With these necessities in mind I was able to attract top people into my GeneWize business and now the Gene Inner Circle Team is a force to be recognized with many people benefiting from the power of long term residual income.
Be demanding. You don’t want to take on just anyone.
You want the finest.
Anticipate it and it will be yours.
