Is it possible to enroll people in Canada as either consumer/members or affiliates?
GeneWize cannot enroll Canadian Affiliates in the marketing and compensation plan at this time. On the other hand, they are assessing opportunities, licensing and registration requirements for doing business in Canada and other countries in the near future. The company can ship individual product orders to consumers in Canada. There is an extra charge for shipping single product customer orders to Canada.
I know some doctors and other health experts who don’t like multi level marketing. What can I say to them?
The company is currently developing a derivative marketing plan designed exclusively for health care specialists; it doesn’t require them to participate in traditional network marketing, nor does it require them to sign up affiliates. They expect to release the details of this program in the Spring of 2010.
If two persons or partners sign up together, how are the checks distributed?
All checks will be made out and mailed to one partner only (using their Social Security number or Employee Identification Number). W2’s will be sent out to that person each January.
How much does it cost to get started?
Package 1 – (DNA Assessment only) $225.00 Retail.
DNA Assessment with one 12 gene Healthy Aging Report and one 6 gene Healthy Skin Aging Report.

Package 2 – (FREE DNA Assessment and LifeMap Supplements) $129.00 per month.
Free DNA Assessment with one 12 gene Healthy Aging report plus a 30 day supply of LifeMap Supplements on autoship. You will receive the LifeMap Essentials Supplements with your original order and approximately every 30 days until your DNA analysis is finalized. Once complete, you will receive your LifeMap Me Custom Supplements approximately every 30 days afterward.
There is no charge for your DNA assessment provided you remain on autoship for 3 months following your primary order. If not, a $225.00 DNA assessment fee will be charged.
Package 3 – (FREE DNA Assessment and LifeMap Skin Repair Serum) $129.00 per month.
Free DNA Assessment with one 6 gene Healthy Skin Aging Report plus a 30 day supply of LifeMap Me Skin Repair Serum on autoship. You will receive the LifeMap Essentials Serum with your original order and approximately every 30 days after that until your DNA analysis is complete. What is GeneWize Life Science’s confidentiality policy?
GeneWize Life Sciences respects the privacy of every person and has taken many precautions to create a process that allows individuals to maintain the highest level of privacy. All information given by the individual taking the assessment is kept on a secure server and all samples are recognized by bar code only. This information is never shared with a third party. After the assessment is completed and confirmed, all DNA sample material is destroyed.
How do I modify my password?
You can alter your password in your Back Office. Begin by clicking on Password and making suitable changes.
How do I adjust my Web Alias?
You can modify your Web Alias in your Back Office. Start by clicking on Your Account; after that click on Web Info and finally click on Edit to make the necessary alterations.
How do I amend my email address?
You can amend your email address in your Back Office. Start by clicking on Your Account; next click on Personal Info and lastly click on Edit to make the proper changes.
How do I change my log in name?
Get in touch with customer service at: customerservice@genewize.com in writing with your application. They will make the desired changes and notify you when the change(s) have been completed.
Are there any networking tools or techniques accessible between affiliates?
Presently, due to protecting the confidentially of all affiliates, we do not have direct networking methods existing. The best resource for networking at this time is your enroller.
Is it achievable to change my account from personal to business?
Yes, please mail us a request in writing providing company name, address, and tax ID number to customerservice@genewize.com.
I need to make alterations and shift affiliates on my binary tree. How can I achieve this?
Send an application via email to customerservice@genewize.com with specific information regarding the changes you want. The customer service team will make the changes and inform you when they are complete.
How can find out about upcoming GeneWize events?
Look in your Back Office for listed events or go to http://www.genewize-events.com.
I was charged twice, what should I do?
Contact customer service customerservice@genewize.com right away. They will work with your bank to undo the charges that are the problem originated on their end of the business.
From time to time double charges occur due to a myriad of conditions; they are constantly working with financial institutions and other business partners such as system programmers to settle these issues.
